June 2025Job Description:The Event Creative Experiences Team within the central marketing organization is tasked with designing, developing, and producing exceptional global experiences through digital and in-person events. We play a critical role in building product & brand love and are an essential leading-edge engine for helping tell its story.To support our charter, a key role is the creative director who is a highly skilled individual to help create and execute content and programming for events. A successful creative director will use effective broadcast storytelling & programming techniques and ideas to bring specific strategic elements to life in a creative and engaging format that resonates with the audience.Success requires that the creative director foster strong connections with stakeholders to create exceptional in-show moments that bring a heightened level of insight, diversity, and emotional energy to the show.Roles & Responsibilities:Concept and frame supportive creative ideas/tactics to bring both digital and in-person event elements to life in alignment with business and event objectives.Drive engagement/promotion (pre-, during, and post-event).Integrate core content into event programming (to Inform/Inspire/Energize).Develop interactive sessions for event programming (to enable Learning/Engagement).Support community activations (to build/foster Community).Partner with UX/UI teams across event programming (to support the Audience Journey).Collaborate with leaders to drive innovative ideas that support growth goals.Provide strategic support, drive consensus across teams, and tap into creative instincts.Manage vendor agencies to deliver event programming content in alignment with key event objectives.Contribute to framing, editing, strategizing, and writing a comprehensive, tactical playbook for stakeholder consumption and event delivery.Manage broadcast graphics process to ensure accurate and relevant information is represented via slates, LBar, and other graphical elements used throughout an event broadcast.Support programming, production, and creative teams through creative contributions.Present clear vision, creative ideas, keen analysis, and quick actions to tell the story.Create compelling content to support audience engagement that aligns with event and brand standards and ensures that messaging is consistent with company guidelines, values, and mission.Establish structure and process that will empower people to produce their best work.Lead cross-company stakeholders and executives to develop and execute event materials that align to the event messaging objectives; includes being able to identify and mitigate issues/barriers to success for teams.Identify and implement best practices and efficiencies in the development of content to establish a standard for how events can be delivered across the company.Qualifications for Creative Producer: Interstitial ProgrammingMust be deadline and goal oriented; flexible.Must be extremely organized and experienced in managing and allocating creative services resources.Great communicator with ability to present to stakeholders as easily as sharing feedback with creative teams.Able to work independently to lead projects as well as complete tasks as assigned by management.The target hiring compensation range for this role is
$40 to $55 an hour.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
