About us:We're looking to add a team member to help with everyday marketing and sales tasks.
We're in the cookware and home decor business - we sell everything from skillets, pots, spatulas to Christmas and Day of the Dead decor. You can find our products in places like Macys, CVS, Publix, Amazon, Sur la Table and more.
We're a team of 16 (17 with you!) that put a lot of value in efficiency, smart work and getting things done. But most importantly, we value being able to do all this in an enjoyable environment. If you like creating presentations, organization, analysis and a laid-back atmosphere where everyone respects and expects the best of each other, then this might be a good fit for you.

We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and sales teams with organizing and preparing key materials that help drive our business forward. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing presentations, sales sheets, and marketing materials for the sales team.
- Maintain and update product lists, price sheets, and marketing assets.
- Coordinate and organize sales materials for trade shows, client meetings, and internal use.
- Help manage digital content organization for product images, descriptions, and marketing collateral.
- Support the marketing team with basic copywriting, proofreading, and formatting of materials.
- Assist in data entry and reporting, including sales and marketing performance tracking.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
- Help coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Fluent in English with impeccable grammar and writing skills
- Professional proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment with some remote flexibility.
- Ability to have your own transportation for store visits, showroom visits and more. Ability to easily travel within the Miami-Dade Metro area.
