About The Role

1. The Creative Operations Manager will manage all creative projects, determining critical timelines and key milestones in the creative development process.
2. This role involves overseeing resource management to ensure the right creatives are assigned to the right projects while balancing workloads.
3. The manager will support the planning and coordination of photo and video shoots, managing timelines, logistics, and budgets.
4. Continuous evaluation and refinement of creative workflows will be necessary to maximize efficiency and maintain high-quality output.
5. The role requires implementing and managing project tracking tools to streamline workflows and track progress.
6. Cross-functional collaboration with Brand and Visual Design teams is essential to ensure all creative work meets FIGS' high standards.

Qualifications

1. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of relevant experience in creative operations, particularly in roles such as Art Directors, Graphic Designers, or within production/film teams.
2. A strong background in film and shoot production is essential, including experience managing budgets for 360 photo/video shoots.
3. Exceptional time management and organizational skills are necessary to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
4. The candidate should possess a working knowledge of key social media platforms and how to optimize creative content for each.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to translate creative needs into clear action plans.
