How This Role Will Help Us Achieve That: IMGE is looking for a Swiss-Army knife creative team member who can handle the content and design process from ideation to execution. You should be equally comfortable crafting a killer tweet, designing a high-impact ad, and using AI-powered tools to create innovative multimedia content. Here’s What We’ll Expect You To Do: Copywriting & Content Creation Brainstorm, author, and proofread marketing collateral for web, email, SMS, advertising, and social. Develop engaging messaging for political campaigns, issue groups, and corporate clients. Design A/B tests to delve deeper into what drives engagement for each of your clients’ audiences. Graphic & Motion Design Create eye-catching static and animated graphics for digital platforms. Design visuals for paid and organic social, display ads, landing pages, and email templates. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and AI-powered design/animation tools to enhance content with cutting-edge creative. Here’s what we are looking for on your resume: Basic understanding of content and design principles, and the relationship between the two. Strong writing skills with a knack for clear, persuasive, and engaging copy. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, and AI-powered design tools like MidJourney, inVideo and Creatopy. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Bonus points if you have motion design or video editing experience. Bonus points if you have experience with: Political campaign. Political or non-profit digital fundraising. Salary Range: $45,000 – $60,000 In-person/hybrid work opportunities are available.
