Author and present documents to leadership on overarching marketing strategy inclusive of multiple traffic channels for the biggest promotional events for Amazon Devices salesCollaborate with multiple cross-company stakeholders/partners to align goals and partner on high sales velocity eventsDeliver comprehensive project management plans across multiple-stakeholders and identify the critical path for flawless execution to deliver goalsDive deep in the metrics and analyze lessons learned from events to form hypotheses for further evaluation and process improvement opportunitiesDevise tests and analyze results to optimize future events and improve customer shopping experiencesManage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load.Create buy-in for customer experiences and goals both internally and across key partners.Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.About The TeamThis team is one of the fastest growing marketing teams in Amazon Devices and is chartered to launch products and improve the customer experience while increasing Amazon Device sales and engagement. 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experienceExperience using data and metrics to drive improvementsExperience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programsPreferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
