Semiconductor Business Unit
The Semiconductor Business Unit provides solutions for customers in pathfinding, yield learning, and failure analysis of semiconductor processes and manufacturing. As a member of this team, you will work with companies on the forefront of semiconductor innovation as they develop and characterize the processes that will lead to the technologies of tomorrow!
How will you make an impact:
The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for Beam Technology OEM product line is responsible for driving the profitability and revenue growth of the product portfolio.
What will you do:
Account management – Build and maintain a successful business relationship with the OEM product customers. Serve as primary point of contact for business partners. Manage and drive quarterly bookings and revenue targets per annual operations plan based on forecasts.
Strategic and Operations Planning – Develop product roadmap based on deep understanding of the market and customers. Create a short and long-term revenue forecast that can be used by finance and manufacturing to plan and build products that accurately meet customer demand.
Product Development – Create Market Requirements Documents (MRD) that are used by engineering to develop future products and a strong roadmap. Follow Thermo Fisher product lifecycle process with ownership of product marketing deliverables while working closely with R&D, applications, service, and manufacturing operations to successfully bring products to market, drive continuous improvement, and maintain customer satisfaction.
How will you get here:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in physics, material science, chemistry or engineering required.
Experience
5+ years experience with knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and the use of one or all of the following; Focused Ion Beam, Scanning Electron Microscopy and Transmission Electron Microscopy.
Experience with product marketing and business development
Proven track record of success in driving sales and marketing initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (up to 35%)
Excellent, enthusiastic, clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with a diverse audience
Excellent customer interfacing skills
