This role will be fully on-site in Voorhees, NJ.Responsibilities:Oversee daily management of the firm's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, X).Create and post dynamic content, including graphics, infographics, videos, and audio clips.Attend firm events for content creation and documentation.Develop and implement a social media strategy and content calendar.Enhance social media presence and explore new channels.Stay updated on social media trends and compliance requirements.Train attorneys on effective social media use for branding and thought leadership.Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.Engage with the online community and respond to comments/messages.Perform additional duties or special projects as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field.3+ years of experience in social media and design, preferably in professional services.Expertise in major social media platforms and management tools.Proficiency in video/photo editing, digital media formats, and HTML.Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) is a plus.Strong copywriting, communication, and analytical skills.Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and interact with all levels of the firm.The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong technical background and creative flair, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
