The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of marketing, with a proven track record of building and managing teams in growth-stage companies. You will be responsible for creating, communicating, and executing well-defined marketing plans that align with our company’s strategies, drive growth, and inspire both seasoned marketing and sales teams.Do:
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive company growth and strengthen brand positioning.Align marketing initiatives with the company’s business goals, ensuring cohesive execution across product, sales, and solution delivery teams.Facilitate seamless collaboration between marketing, product development, sales, and solution delivery departments to ensure unified strategic direction and operational efficiency.Oversee and mentor the marketing team, ensuring effective execution of marketing plans and campaigns.Manage and prioritize all marketing and sales requests for collateral, campaigns, and events, catering to both Enterprise and SMB segments.Collaborate with Deft, a Summit company, leveraging their subject matter experts and leadership team to create high-impact thought leadership and marketing content.Enhance marketing dashboards to provide real-time visibility and actionable insights across the organization, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.Deliver:
Develop and execute consistent, high-quality multi-channel campaigns showcasing Deft’s exceptional execution capabilities and proven track record in supporting client growth.Provide detailed insights, analysis, and optimization recommendations for Deft’s marketing operations and campaigns through centralized dashboards and reporting.Offer strong leadership and mentoring to Deft’s marketing team to foster growth and excellence.I’m interested … Is this the job for me? Over 10 years of corporate and product marketing experience in a B2B technology company.Proven track record of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments, supporting multiple teams simultaneously.Deep understanding of buying-team behaviors and their impact on enterprise IT decision-making.Demonstrated ability to solve problems and execute swiftly.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively and understand the success requirements of individuals, teams, and business units.Exceptional attention to detail while maintaining a strategic focus on market opportunities and requirements.At Deft, a Summit company, our culture and core values are important to us.
