Sr. UI/UX Analyst
HighPoint's professionals focus on helping government agencies and companies implement their most critically strategic initiatives. The UI/UX Analyst will lead and support human-centered design efforts to enhance user experience and usability across systems and programs.
Job Responsibilities:
- This role will focus on research driven design strategy, stakeholder engagement, and aligning digital services with federal and industry UX/HCD best practices.
- The analyst will translate complex business needs into intuitive accessible user experiences that meet section 508, and customer specific design guidance.
- Lead the planning and facilitation of HCD discovery activities such as journey mapping, empathy mapping, and stakeholder co-design sessions.
- Translate research findings into user personas, service blueprints, and wireframes aligned with digital modernization goals.
- Support Product Teams in applying design thinking principles to solution ideation and backlog refinement.
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform product development decisions.
- Analyze user behavior, barriers, and needs.
- Ensure design complies with 508 accessibility requirements.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
The Senior UI/UX Analyst shall have six (6) years' experience. Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or similar. Deep knowledge of HCD, UX research, design thinking, Lean UX, Agile UX.
Education and Years of Experience Requirements:
The UI/UX Analyst shall have a minimum of a bachelor's in computer science, web design, graphic design, interactive media design, human-computer interaction, psychology or in a related field.
