Our team in Denver is seeking a Designer to support project administration, design development, and contract documentation under the supervision of a Senior Designer or Project Manager. Responsibilities include: Developing design ideas and creating drawings with the team Drafting technical drawings (Strong Revit skills required) Overseeing all design and drawing for smaller projects Reviewing engineering drawings for compliance with design solutions Researching and selecting fixtures and finishes in collaboration with Senior Designers Creating preliminary and detailed space plans Developing and delivering design and furniture packages for projects Managing project budgets and ensuring adherence Mentoring Junior and Intermediate Designers Conducting client interviews and understanding space needs, with proficiency in Affinity program Qualifications: Degree in architecture or design, or equivalent experience 5+ years in corporate interior design projects Skills and Knowledge: Deep understanding of design principles and aesthetics in corporate interiors Expertise in space planning, furnishings, finishes, and interior architecture detailing Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and 3Ds Max Knowledge of building systems, codes, ADA, and contract administration Strong sketching, rendering, and project management skills Please submit a portfolio or work samples with your application.
