Lead Designer, NikeSKIMS Apparel Product Design

here . NikeSKIMS combines Nike's legacy of innovation with SKIMS' dedication to the female form, creating inclusive solutions for every body. The first collection launches this Spring in the United States, expanding globally in 2026. WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You will lead the creative process during the design season, collaborating with designers, developers, product managers, and merchants to ensure designs align with NikeSkims' ethos, meet cost and timeline requirements, and are feasible within merchandising and product creation constraints. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We seek a Lead Apparel Designer with at least 5 years of experience in apparel design, a passion for trend and visual culture, proficiency in Adobe CC, and a strong understanding of apparel product creation, including materials, trims, and fit. A Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or related field is preferred but not mandatory if experience and training suffice. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, collaborative, inclusive, and passionate about sport culture and design. WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will lead the design of various apparel products and collections, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Your responsibilities include storytelling through design, balancing performance and style, and managing time effectively. You will also be involved in discovering new talent and influences to elevate NikeSKIMS apparel. We provide accommodations for the interview process to support applicants with disabilities.
