As Lead Product Marketing Manager for North America, you will connect our products to the market through customer insights, compelling narratives, and impactful product launches across industries. Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Drive positioning and messaging tailored to marketers and industry needs. Sales Enablement:
Provide sales with tools like battle cards, pitch decks, and case studies to boost revenue. Customer Engagement:
Interact with customers to understand pain points and inform product and messaging strategies. Deal Support:
Collaborate with sales on active deals, developing competitive strategies. Content Creation:
Develop case studies, messaging, and playbooks aligned with industry trends. Market & Competitive Analysis:
Monitor industry trends and competitors to position MoEngage effectively in North America. Requirements:
5-7 years in B2B SaaS product marketing. Experience marketing to marketers, understanding their challenges. Customer-focused approach with active input gathering. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills. Proficiency with marketing tools like Salesforce and CDPs. Excellent communication skills. Based in the U.S. with ability to work ET hours.
