Oversees the Promotions Marketing team of videographers and graphic designers.Job DescriptionThe Promotions Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading the team to create promotional and ad content for sales, new products, shows, and events across all of our platforms and divisions. The coordinator will be directly responsible for leading the continued development of our amazing brands via promotional content. This includes working closely with purchasing/procurement individuals to understand vendor relationships and partnerships as well as staying on top of new products and partners. This leader will also be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of a customer loyalty program. This will be done by ensuring the team is using key management toolkits, developing marketing plans and campaign outlines, and reviewing standard work and checklists to create the highest level of quality content on time. This content will then be distributed through all major social media channels, email, text messages, the websites, etc., to ensure our customers are always aware of any specials, new products, and events - every day. This leader will also coach and help the team daily with problem-solving, tracking their progress with daily metrics, and constantly progressing their skill set.Job DutiesLead the creation of promotional content, concepts, and campaigns.Lead team through daily/weekly production schedules for graphics, videos, emails, texts, etc.Monitor sales, discount impacts, site visits, sales, and other key driver metrics and react with performance, problems, and solutions when metrics are not being hit.Monitor team efficiencies/progress through weekly efficiencies and sales metrics.Work with the Marketing VP as a team member on the implementation of monthly marketing plans to ensure we meet our divisional strategies.Work with the purchasing leadership team to establish new relationships with wheel, tire, and suspension companies to gather marketing and promotional materials.Team up with vendors/manufacturers to collaborate on sales, new products, giveaways, etc.Coordinate inbound/outbound products for filming and photography as needed.Reach out to others in the industry for new products/opportunities.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong teamwork and collaboration skillsCreativity, customer focus, and strong attention to detailStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong organizational and analytical skillsClear verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work both independently and across teams, providing leadership and influence at all levels of the organizationMinimum RequirementsEducationHigh School Graduate or General Education DegreeAssociates Degree in marketing or related field, preferredExperience2-10 years of promotional marketing experience/leadership2+ years of leadership experiencePosition Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.ExpectationsLocation: Onsite: Stuart, FL (6062 SE Federal Hwy)Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
