Brand Marketing Manager
Manage and lead the process of developing the marketing/business plans for one or more restaurant concepts.
Responsibilities
Lead a team in strategic planning, delivery, and execution of all marketing programs across various channels such as TV, Radio, digital, and more.Collaborate with Senior VP of Operations, VP of Operations, Regional Directors/Managers, and GMs in each market to build community relationships aligned with company objectives.Assist in the development of calendar promotions and menu evaluation and testingWork effectively with other department heads, ie, Purchasing, Training, IT, Culinary, etc. to fully review and develop all action plans related to quarterly promotions to ensure all aspects of the promotion are executed fully and successfullyWork with vendors and agencies to manage creative process through final implementation, including production, photo-shoots for TV and printResponsible for execution of all promotions, special holiday promotions utilizing various media including print, broadcast, outdoor and internal collateral piecesNegotiate all print, outdoor, photography, videography, and other media, enhancing value-added opportunities while controlling costsQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.Marketing experience of at least 4 yearsBasic knowledge of media buying, print, broadcast (TV, Radio & Cable), digital, outdoor, transit, social media and direct mailWhat we offer you:
