We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to lead our strategic marketing efforts targeting C-level executives within our most strategic accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of engaging and influencing senior-level stakeholders and driving revenue growth through tailored marketing strategies within a B2B environment.Please note we're hiring in either our Jersey City, Chicago or Arlington, VA office.Key Responsibilities:C-Level Engagement: Develop and execute high-impact ABM strategies to engage and influence C-level executives (CEO, CFO, CIO, etc.) in our key strategic accounts.Strategic Planning: Design and implement customized ABM campaigns that align with the business goals and objectives of our top-tier accounts.Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to account engagement and growth.Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders within strategic accounts to drive long-term partnerships and revenue growth.Insights and Analytics: Leverage data and insights to inform and optimize ABM strategies, ensuring measurable impact on account growth and engagement.Budget Management: Manage the ABM budget effectively, ensuring a high return on investment through targeted marketing initiatives.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role focusing on ABM and C-level engagements.Track Record: Proven success in developing and executing ABM strategies that drive significant revenue growth and build strong relationships with C-level executives.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the technology and data management landscape, with the ability to translate complex solutions into compelling value propositions for senior stakeholders.Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at the executive level.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy development.
