Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.The opportunityEmploying a digital-first mindset, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and set the direction for the Tech buyer marketing programs aligned to the Consulting practice’s strategic goals and revenue plan. Working closely with content partners, you’ll develop insights that challenge thinking, driving lead-gen activity and maximizing impact. You’ll work agilely with enabling teams to co-develop and coordinate go-to-market programs aligned around key audience issues and themes and leverage clear, data-based metrics to optimize audience reach.Your key responsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive marketing strategies for end-to-end demand generation programs including drip/nurture email campaigns, content syndication, and branding/content for EY-hosted and third-party events.Lead a digital-first, demand generation team to plan and execute demand generation programs for Tech buyers, ensuring alignment with business goals for key buyer personas.Create innovative multi-channel campaigns to drive MQLs and pipeline while monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns.Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing programs and workflows.Collaborate with content strategy teams to develop high impact assets and optimize SEO/SEM, ABM, social and PPC strategies.Measure, analyze and report campaign performance.Oversee one or more direct reports including project management and reporting.Engage appropriate BMC specialty groups to complete program deliverables.Adhere to EY independence, procurement, branding, invoicing policies and guidelines.Skills and attributes for successAdept at creating strategic, targeted and impactful go-to-market initiatives.Proven track record in multichannel marketing.Ability to project manage complex programs and drive relationship building efforts.Manage relationships with external agencies.Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, Google Analytics/Ads).Ability to work autonomously in a virtual work environment.What we look for in a candidateMinimum of 10+ years of experience in marketing; experience marketing to CIO and tech buyers is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, MBA desired.Strong business acumen, critical thinking and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent project management skills and interpersonal communication skills.What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $98,100 to $178,100. Individual salaries are determined through a wide variety of factors.Continuous learning:
