Job Summary:
As the Social Media Director/Manager at SweatHouz, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances brand awareness, drives customer engagement, and supports business growth objectives. This role involves strategic planning, content creation, campaign management, and analytics to ensure our social media platforms are vibrant, engaging, and reflective of our brand's ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Formulate and implement social media strategies aligned with SweatHouz's marketing goals, including brand positioning, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling, visually appealing content that resonates with our audience. This includes video, images, stories, and live sessions that highlight our services, customer testimonials, and wellness tips.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns. Utilize insights to refine campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
Community Engagement: Foster a community around SweatHouz by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and managing customer service interactions on social platforms.
Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools to track performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management. Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and industry news to keep our social strategy fresh and relevant.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms and integration with broader marketing efforts.
Budget Management: Oversee the social media marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources for advertising and influencer partnerships.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years in social media management, with a proven track record in a similar role, preferably in health, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
Strong understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
Excellent creative and copywriting skills.
Data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar for content creation.
