Job SummaryYou will be the CMO's right-hand-man (or woman) when it comes to marketing. We run a lean, scrappy team at Cove, and want to add another player to it. You will be responsible for a large part of our paid social marketing strategy on TikTok and Meta platforms. This includes but is not limited to: ad creative strategy, ad creative conceptualization, ad creative generation, sourcing of content creators, creative ideation & development of campaigns for new products + brand activations, and identifying missed opportunities in our current paid social strategy.Our LinksWebsite: www.shopcoveusa.comInstagram: www.instagram.com/coveusaTikTok: www.tiktok.com/@coveusaEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Ideate/Conceptualize new offers surrounding our product with high margin + high conversion ratesIdeate/Conceptualize campaigns for our evergreen strategy + based around weekly product dropsIdeate/Conceptualize new photo + video creatives for our evergreen strategy + based around weekly product dropsHave oversight on the content creation necessary for your ad tests to come to lifeSource & coordinate with content creators to generate additional creative assets as neededOwn & execute at an exceptional level the entire process from A to Z, you should be able to be asked for creatives for a specific product launch and be able to deliver a plethora of fully finished creativesKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Extensive experience generating concepts and creating ads for a DTC brand on both TikTok and Meta platformsExtensive experience of the media buying process to understand how the ads will be used and what metrics determine a "winner" or "loser"Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate and work well with co-workers, and business contacts in a courteous and professional mannerMust have great follow up skills via email, phone, and/or other methods of communicationMeticulous and detail-orientedProficient organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at onceOutstanding time management skills: working to a deadline, working independentlyStrong interpersonal skills, collaborative team playerEager to grow and take on new responsibilitiesHappy to embrace change and new challenges as marketplace shifts and consumer needs evolveEducation and Experience:4+ years prior experience working at a DTC Apparel Brand or comparable brandExperience managing the paid social creative strategy for a $50M+/year brandIn depth knowledge of creative strategy on TikTok and Meta platforms,
