Senior Director of Marketing
to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Growth and Operating Officer, the Director of Marketing will lead efforts to optimize marketing strategies that drive revenue growth across our businesses and strategically position NWC to increase donations and community support.
The Senior Director of Marketing is Northwest Center's most senior marketing role and partners closely with both business and mission leaders to create world-class marketing and communications and build a best-in-class marketing operations center of excellence, across people, processes, strategy and technology.

Salary:
$185k- $225k + Performance and Commission Bonus
*Location:* Hybrid, based out of Renton

The Role:
Revenue Marketing Strategy:
Design and execute marketing strategies that align with our mission and revenue goals.
Utilize data insights to optimize target audiences and messaging.
Performance-Based Campaigns:
Lead the development of integrated, scalable marketing campaigns focused on conversions and engagement.
Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across channels.
Data-Driven Marketing:
Analyze marketing performance and optimize tactics for ROI and donor acquisition.
Develop dashboards to track and refine key marketing metrics.
Digital Marketing:
Manage digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email, and social media, to drive customer and donor acquisition.
Optimize website content for better engagement and conversion rates.
Sales Collateral:
Create compelling collateral to support business and mission programs.
Communications:
Lead communication efforts to enhance brand recognition and donor engagement.
Capture impactful stories for use across various platforms, including the annual report.
Marketing Operations:
Manage the Marketing Rhythm of the Business (RoB) and monthly performance reviews.
Oversee marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, mentor, and develop a diverse marketing team.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative team culture.
Vendor Management:
Oversee vendor relationships and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
