What You’ll Own:
- Client retention & satisfaction (our #1 success metric)
- Studio operations: team accountability, scheduling, cleanliness, and supplies
- Coaching & delivering transformative training sessions
- Weekly leadership meetings + dashboard performance tracking
- Building a culture of care, progress, and pride
- You’ve led people before (as a coach, manager, or mentor)
- You have high standards and believe in structured accountability
- You want to lead a business like it’s your own
- You thrive in a high-touch, high-impact environment where people come first
