Responsibilities
Oversee all functions of AI Squared marketing including: Event, Digital, Brand + Thought Leadership, Product and Marketing Communications. Establish key performance indicators and track all marketing efforts and develop and execute against a marketing annual operating plan.
Overall Marketing Strategy
- Lead in the development of a cohesive, annual, marketing strategy to combine AI Squared Federal and Enterprise go-to-market efforts.
- Identify and understand key market trends, opportunities and collaborate with product management to develop positioning against the competitive landscape to help guide strategic decisions
- Drive prioritization of competing initiatives.
Demand Growth
- Develop and execute compelling digital campaigns that create awareness and drive pipeline.
- Lead data-driven initiatives across paid media, email, and organic channels while defining thought leadership in the space of generative AI / LLMs.
- Help identify and develop the right application product packages, feature sets, product pricing, based on an analysis of data, competitor actions, etc.
- Create and execute the partnership strategies and go-to-market plans for product launches and releases.
Performance & Analytics
- Drive key web performance metrics including increasing organic traffic, lead acquisition, and conversions.
- Own the entire marketing funnel from total web impressions all the way down to marketing qualified leads (MQLS) and closed won opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive reporting dashboards to track growth initiatives and inform strategic decisions
- Scale successful programs while maintaining marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue requirements.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work with the executive team to align and execute growth strategies for all AI squared initiatives
- Partner with product and sales to ensure all acquisition programs accurately reflect our Enterprise brand and voice.
- Lead sales enablement by creating compelling and easy-to-understand product content for Sales and Presales including sales training on product, positioning, competitive analyses, FAQs, and sales playbooks.
- Evangelize company and product with customers, industry analysts, press, and executives at various events.
- Be the voice of the market to effectively communicate areas of growth and GTM strategies both internally and externally
Requirements
Experience
- 7+ years of growth marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology
- Ability to understand and execute B2B marketing, prior B2B marketing experience is required. Strong drive with ability to take ownership to accomplish objectives.
- Deep expertise in performance marketing across paid social, paid and organic search, and emerging digital channels channels
- Experience in product marketing and competitors' positioning, as well as creating new market categories for disruptive products.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in building and managing website and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Wordpress, etc.)
- Significant experience in analytics, AI/ML, deep learning, generative AI and related data science is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of email marketing automation and CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce)
- Ability to analyze digital landscape and implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to gain market traffic
- Attention to technical detail with the ability to translate technical product capabilities into compelling customer benefits.
