What you will do
Sensormatic Solutions is the leading global retail solutions portfolio of Johnson Controls powering operational excellence at scale and enabling smart and connected shopper engagement.
We are looking to fill a key position on our Solutions Marketing Team. The Product Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting with the development of sales and buyer enablement, digital and market awareness tools to support our Loss Prevention and Liability enterprise solutions that include hardware, software, and service offerings across the retail market.
How you will do it
Collaborate with subject matter experts, product owners and other global marketing teams to understand SaaS based enterprise technology solutions for the Loss Prevention and Liability portfolio. Develop business outcome focused retailer value messaging and positioning that support launch and marketing campaigns.
Work with globally matrixed cross-functional teams internally and externally to create sales and buyer enablement tools for world class enterprise technology solutions that deliver outcome focused retail business values.
Actively coordinate and drive synchronized solution, product, software or service launch activities with global regions and key cross-functional stakeholders.
Collect and analyze competitive, technology, market, and customer information and data to effectively build sales and marketing tools that differentiate from competition. Must be able to take analytical findings and turn them into actionable insights and recommendations that can impact the business.
Coordinate product launch calls and develop launch performance analysis globally using business intelligence tools.
What we look for
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field
Minimum 5 years of equivalent marketing work experience, retail operations experience is a plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Google Alerts and other web based analytics platforms. Office 365 suite, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop are must have skills for Day 1.
Creative, analytical, persistence, highly motivated, team oriented and result driven are key skills and characteristics of individuals who are successful on our team.
Demonstrated success working in a global matrix environment.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision from start to finish.
Flexible and adaptable attitude, ability to make decisions where answers have ambiguity as is working in a dynamic changing transformative environment.
Great organizational skills, project, and time management.
Infrequent travel expected
