Senior Online Marketing Executive/ Assistant Manager. Reporting to the Marketing Manager Hong Kong, Taiwan & Korea, you will be part of a wider global online sales & marketing team driving effective online sales and marketing campaigns and activities that deliver a world-class online and mobile presence. The online channel at Hong Kong and Taiwan is targeted to grow Air New Zealand's FIT segment across Hong Kong, Macau, Southern China and Taiwan. In this role you will be responsible for the delivery of Air New Zealand’s online sales and channel proposition strategy for the Hong Kong and Taiwan regions. Daily you’ll be developing and managing targeted online campaigns, including SEM, programmatic display ads and a range of promotional channels in-line with retail activities to drive revenue results. The user experience will be second to none as you utilise insights and trends to ensure that content is relevant to the target audience at all times. A digital native, you will develop the content strategy of our retail storefronts, airnewzealand.com.hk and airnewzealand.com.tw, managing content on these sites via SilverStripe, coordinating with the wider business strategy. As you build knowledge in our content management systems, you will provide unparalleled support to the wider Sales and Market Development and Brand Teams in the region. In this varied role you will support the Marketing Manager in a range of broader online sales initiatives and development projects. In addition, you will provide analysis of online channels, deriving meaningful performance and revenue insights that will inform market strategy and respond to competitor activity. Our ideal candidate: Commercial/Marketing degree-level qualification
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in performance marketing
Experience in ecommerce or travel industries is a plus
Passion for digital marketing trends, technologies, and new media in ecommerce
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, programmatic display, third-party tagging, and copywriting for online is advantageous
Expertise in performance marketing and managing multiple projects/campaigns
Strong analytical skills to derive insights and identify online sales growth opportunities.
