Job Summary
The DHH teacher provides specialized academic instruction for students, who have hearing loss and use American Sign Language to communicate. The DHH teacher will provide an educational program for individuals with exceptional needs who require intensive instruction and training in programs serving pupils in which disability is deafness or hearing impairment. These pupils exhibit hearing impairment that, even with correction, adversely affects educational performance.
