Are you passionate about marketing automation and the opportunity to work with a forward-thinking brand in the organic and plant-based food industry? Join us to gain hands-on experience building and optimizing email marketing systems for a company dedicated to innovation, sustainability, and customer well-being. This internship will empower you to develop real-world marketing skills and create impactful automated campaigns in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
As the Email Marketing Automation Specialist Intern, you will:
Develop Email Marketing Automations : Design, build, and optimize workflows to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. Segment Audiences : Collaborate with the team to identify audience segments and tailor automation strategies to enhance personalized communication. Analyze Metrics : Track and report on email marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Content Collaboration : Work with the marketing team to create or adapt engaging email templates, subject lines, and calls to action. Research Best Practices : Stay informed on trends in email marketing automation, deliverability, and compliance standards like GDPR and CAN-SPAM. Ensure Alignment : Align email campaigns with the company's tone, branding, and customer experience objectives. What You'll Gain
Real-World Experience : Apply your knowledge to a meaningful project that supports a growing business in a fast-evolving industry. Mentorship : Work closely with a seasoned marketing team and receive guidance to strengthen your skills and portfolio. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and automation tools (prior experience is a plus). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Interest in organic, sustainable, or plant-based industries is a bonus. Ability to communicate ideas effectively and work collaboratively with a team.
