Lead efforts to keep El Pollo Loco at the forefront of online conversations.Lead efforts to turn El Pollo Loco into a first-to-market brand regarding cultural and/or internet trends.Iterate on and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that is aligned with El Pollo Loco’s overall program and business objectives.Ideate, design, and/or film shareable and compelling content to drive engagement, either in collaboration with in-house design team or on their ownLead, develop and manage content and editorial calendars to support planned and reactive content.Respond to and amplify daily opportunities with high-profile social accounts and/or surprise-and-delight opportunities with community, in partnership with PR agencyFoster and nurture a vibrant online fandom through active engagement and timely response to comments, messages, and mentions.Monitor social media channels for user-generated content, trends and conversations relevant to the brand for inspiration and reactive opportunities.Manage local listings and reviews to ensure response rate and timeliness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns.Develop monthly reports to track and analyze social performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve overall social media effectiveness.Partner with media agency to optimize content for each channel, driving relevancy and purchase.Support social influencer relations and activations by identifying influencers that are authentic fans of the brand and ideating unique gifts and activations for influencers.QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or related experience3+ years proven experience creating content and managing social media channels for comparable brand(s).License/Certifications:
Valid driver’s license is required.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
