Expires August 31, 2024.Job Responsibilities:Work collaboratively as part of a small team to create content for the School of Art & Art History website, digital signs, annual newsletter, and other promotional materials as needed.Work with specialized software to create digital designs for media platforms.Write copy for website articles and the annual newsletter.Perform related work as required or assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Able to follow both written and verbal instructions.Needs to be organized, responsible, mature, and proactive, with the ability to work independently.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or other design software, such as Figma, is highly desired.Experience maintaining a website or blog (Drupal) and creating email campaigns (Anthology Encompass) a plus. Willingness to learn new software applications required.Required Qualifications:Enrolled as a graduate student at the University of Denver for the academic year 2024-2025.Preferred Qualifications:Enrolled as a graduate student in Art History at the University of Denver for the academic year 2024-2025.Background in marketing, communications, and design.Physical Activities:Ability to sit in front of a computer for an extended period.Occasionally required to move about the office/campus with the capability of transporting objects up to 20 lbs.Average Weekly Hours:This position requires 10 hours per week for fall, winter, and spring quarters during the regular office hours of the Visual Media Center (M-F 9am-5pm) with flexibility in scheduling.Weekly hours may be subject to change based on Work Study Academic Year Award Amount.Additional hours during summer and breaks are possible with the supervisor’s approval.Compensation and Benefits:$19.50 – 20.00This opening is
