Compensation:$109,900.00 - $146,500.00 AnnualWhat We ProvideReferral bonus opportunitiesGenerous paid time off (PTO), starting at 30 days of paid time off and 9 company holidaysHealth insurance plan for you and your loved ones, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life DisabilityEmployer-matched retirement saving fundsPersonal and financial wellness programsPre-tax flexible spending accounts (FSAs) for healthcare and dependent careGenerous tuition reimbursement for qualifying degreesOpportunities for professional growth and career advancementInternal mobility, generous tuition reimbursement, CEU credits, and advancement opportunitiesWhat You Will DoManage the development and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns including determining campaign requirements, writing marketing briefs as appropriate, overseeing copy development and design, reviewing with key stakeholders and legal/compliance, and establishing metrics of success.Oversee the ongoing operations of existing Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, ensuring campaigns continue to deploy accurately and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.Design and implement complex Marketing Cloud automation workflows, including event-based triggers, behavioral triggers, dynamic content, and personalized messaging.Prepare and disseminate regular reporting and analysis surrounding Marketing Cloud campaigns.Utilize data analysis and insights to identify opportunities to improve processes and audience engagement.Partner effectively with agile, cross-functional teams to drive successful campaigns on an ongoing basis. This includes IT, data architecture, health plan member communications, and compliance.Manage day-to-day relationships with external vendors, including development partners, freelancers, and creative agencies as needed.Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of communication preference centers across business units.Manage best practices for SMS and email deliverability, including IP reputation monitoring, email authentication, and bounce management.Ensure compliance with all SMS and email consent and subscription policies as set forth by VNS Health legal and compliance guidelines.Perform all duties within CMS/DOH guidelines, following rules and regulations and stay current on all new marketing policies.Maintain up-to-date understanding of health care industry trends, best practices, and new advances in marketing automation, in order to proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.This position is hybrid (NYC based).QualificationsLicenses and Certifications:Marketing Cloud Administrator or other related certifications preferred.Sales Marketing Cloud credentials from Trailhead preferred.Education:Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Business required.Master's Degree in Marketing/Advertising preferred.Work Experience:Minimum 5 years of hands-on Marketing Cloud experience, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Contact Builder, Interaction Studio, Automation Studio, and Salesforce Data Extensions required.Experience designing, building, and executing complex automated marketing programs with Salesforce Marketing Cloud required.Experience with Ampscript, SQL queries and other technical skills related to Marketing Cloud required.Experience with building and configuring email templates and landing pages required.Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM concepts required.Strong knowledge of data analytics related to marketing metrics and health care ROI required.Experience with other Salesforce products (Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Lightning CRM) preferred.Ability to work independently on multiple projects in a matrixed environment preferred.Intermediate to advanced capabilities using PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Acrobat preferred.Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid health plans or other payers, including marketing and communications for members, patients, and health care professionals preferred.
