Create a comprehensive 360 content calendar based on an understanding of the brand DNA/voice, business priorities, and channel needs
Manage content creation and curation plans with the creative and marketing teams to seamlessly integrate overall brand communication, including new launches, core hero product messaging, and brand storytelling
Partner with marketing team to develop tailored content based on audience targeting and segmentation
Work with the marketing team to understand creative performance and analytics, and apply insights to content strategy approach
Coordinate cross-functionally to integrate collaboration and influencer strategies into broader initiatives
Identify best practices, trends, and fresh content ideas to drive performance on key digital, organic, and paid social channels
Stay updated on channel trends, new platforms, competitive research, and the overall industry landscape
Craft compelling brand stories and campaigns that drive sales and maintain consistency of messaging and voice
Key Qualifications
At least 5 years relevant experience
An elevated, sophisticated aesthetic in content curation
Deep understanding of brand and content strategy
A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Deadline-focused, with the ability to organize and manage multiple streams of work independently and with attention to detail
Ability to comfortably receive and integrate feedback throughout process
Knowledge of e-commerce, social and digital content platform best practices, new technologies, creative standards, cultural trends, and consumer behavior
Proficiency in creative and productivity software tools, such as Microsoft Office 365, Airtable, and Slack
