Marketing Communication Specialist II
to join our team. The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive lead generation, and support sales efforts. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge in biotechnology and strong marketing acumen.Role Responsibilities:Marketing strategy execution: Implement integrated marketing campaigns and product launch plans across various channels, with a focus on technical accuracy and industry relevance.
Technical content creation: Develop and produce high-quality content for marketing materials, including technical white papers, case studies, product brochures, videos, social media posts, and website content that accurately reflect our bioprocessing technologies.
Marketing automation: Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes, enhance lead nurturing, and improve campaign efficiency.
Brand management: Support the roll-out of the new Life Sciences brand by ensuring consistent and technically accurate messaging and branding across all marketing materials and channels.
Event coordination : Assist in the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows and webinars
Collaboration: Work closely with BioProcessing marketing team to integrate processes and align marketing strategies with business objectives
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Biotechnology, or a related field
3+ years of marketing experience; with some of this including experience in the biotech, life sciences, or technical industry
Experience with content creation and/or technical writing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical data and/or marketing performance metrics.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing content
Preferred/ Other Qualifications:Advanced degree in biotechnology or related discipline
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation software
Strong understanding of bioprocessing technologies and biopharmaceutical manufacturing
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management tools)
Creative thinker with a proactive approach
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Strong communicator
Ability to work independently but also with a global team
