Role Responsibilities
As an Environmental Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create engaging visual communication solutions that help users navigate and understand their environments. Your work will include designing wayfinding signage, branding, maps, and supporting materials for various public projects, with opportunities to lead projects and contribute to placemaking initiatives.
Team and Location
The Graphic Design team is distributed across several offices, and the selected candidate will collaborate with teams nationwide, focusing on regional projects.
Salary and Schedule
Target salary range: $65,000 to $71,000. This full-time role offers a flexible 40-hour workweek, with in-office work scheduled Tuesday through Thursday, and the option to work remotely two days a week.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, landscape architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- 3+ years in wayfinding, with knowledge of fabrication, codes, and human-centered design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with CADTools, SignAgent, GIS, Sketchup preferred
- Excellent logic, writing, organizational, and project management skills
