Full training is provided, and you have the flexibility to work full-time or part-time.Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation:
Work closely with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences for their destination events.Event Planning:
Design and plan events including weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions in various international locations.Coordination:
Coordinate all aspects of the event, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, transportation, and accommodations.Vendor Management:
Source and manage local vendors to ensure high-quality service and seamless event execution.Travel Arrangements:
Arrange travel logistics for clients and their guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.Budget Management:
Develop and manage event budgets, providing cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or changes promptly and efficiently.Follow-Up:
Maintain relationships with clients post-event to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.Qualifications:Experience:
Previous experience in event planning, travel coordination, or a related field is preferred.Skills:
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Knowledge:
Familiarity with various international destinations and local vendors.Independence:
Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.Technology:
Proficiency in event planning and travel booking software.Requirements:Must be at least 18 years of age.Must have a laptop or desktop computer, smartphone, and internet access.Excellent communication skills.Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.Passion for travel and a desire to help clients create memorable experiences.Must be able to read/write English fluently.
