Produce unique, impactful experiences from conception to execution, including but not limited to: launch parties, concerts, retail events, pop ups, VIP dinners, gallery installations, “drop” experiences, and more
Manage and work within a defined budget, including: manage payments and invoices, negotiate vendor pricing, and keep a managed budget sheet
Maintain, organize and grow a network of key vendors
Provide event insight across all departments including: pricing, feasibility, timelines, and creative concepts
Create and review vendor contracts and liaise with legal teams
Communicate across all HS departments: creative, project management, sales and editorial teams
Support the Executive Producer in all event production.
Your Skills:
Minimum 4+ years of event management experience in the creative industry
Experience planning, organizing and managing event projects from start to finish
Overseeing operations, directing staff (freelancers, suppliers and vendors), sourcing venues, managing and contracting talent, legal affairs and contracting
Capable of reviewing, editing and budgeting of event proposals
Creative and analytical thinker, decision maker, problem solver capable of managing and directing multiple event stakeholders
Resilient and able to handle multiple projects at all times
Strong understanding of the Highsnobiety audience and aesthetic
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well under time pressure
Can-do attitude with an ability to embrace new challenges and ways of thinking
A deep understanding of client needs and internal processes
Strong network and relationships with vendors
Passionate and professional
Ability to work flexible hours

The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible for variable pay.
