Detailed Overview/Job Description: Event Coordination:
Assist in planning and executing internal and external events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site support. Work with stakeholders to ensure event content aligns with objectives and themes. Track event timelines and key deliverables to ensure smooth execution. Manage attendee communications, registration, and post-event feedback collection. Communications & Content Creation:
Draft and edit event-related communications, including invitations, newsletters, and promotional materials. Support internal communications initiatives to ensure consistency with company messaging and branding. Maintain and update event webpages, intranet sites, and content repositories. Project Management & Operations:
Maintain project plans, trackers, and documentation to ensure alignment across teams. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver event and communication initiatives. Analyze event and communication performance metrics to inform future improvements. Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in event coordination, communications, project management, or a related field. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks with a solution-oriented approach. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage diverse audiences. Proficient project management skills, with a solution-oriented approach and ability to work under deadline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
