The Creative Accelerator was developed to meet this challenge and improve our industry — a portfolio school built inside our agency, where talent is paid a full-time salary and benefits. Applications open in Spring 2025. BarkleyOKRP Fellowship The Fellowship forges inroads of BIPOC talent at the leadership ranks. A one-year, paid rotation program where our partners mentor and develop diverse talent with transferable skills to assume a Director+ level role. This allows us to maintain the program’s integrity and goal of ensuring diversity is present in the company’s junior- and senior-level positions. Applications open in Spring 2025. BLAC Internship Program The BLAC Internship Program is a 12-week paid internship designed to attract more Black people into advertising, ensuring they can fully express themselves, become part of a network, find community, and ultimately lead. We have proudly participated in and championed BLAC since its inception. Applications open in Spring 2025.
