We are seeking a strong Community Manager to oversee daily operations, compliance activities, and overall performance of our property. This role offers a sign-on bonus of $7,500.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with leasing laws, HUD, Fair Housing, ADA, and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
- Maintain knowledge of HUD 4350.3 Handbook and develop responses to regulatory agencies.
- Implement strategies with regional managers and compliance for tenant issues.
- Prepare for and manage site reviews and certifications, including REAC, MOR, LIHTC, and recertifications.
- Assist tenants with inquiries and manage arrears and litigation cases.
- Coordinate lease violations, evictions, and collection of rents and fees.
- Manage emergency and move-in/move-out notifications.
- Supervise maintenance, coordinate vendor bids, and conduct inspections.
- Oversee building repairs, construction projects, and budget monitoring.

Qualifications
- Minimum three years management experience, preferably in property management or related fields.
- Certification as COS or CPO preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience with EIV, Yardi, and affordable housing programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to multitask under deadlines.
Additional Information
