Position Summary We’re seeking a full-time Senior Fashion Designer (official title: Senior Designer I) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. NYA SZN is a next-generation fashion brand on SHEIN working to carve out a distinct point of view through elevated design, intentional storytelling, and a customer-first mindset. As we enter a pivotal stage of growth, we’re seeking a Senior Designer with the expertise, originality, and executional excellence to help define and refine the brand’s creative direction. This is not a role for trend chasers—we’re looking for a creative leader who can bring fresh perspective, technical skill, and an entrepreneurial approach to a fast-paced and evolving environment. The right candidate will be instrumental in helping NYA SZN evolve into a more cohesive, differentiated brand through thoughtful, style-driven capsules.
