Field Marketer Sales Job at BARLIK INCLUSION CARE in Canoga Park
We are seeking a dynamic Field Marketer to join our team. The Field Marketer will be responsible for promoting our services through various marketing strategies, including door-to-door campaigns, telemarketing, and fundraising efforts. This role involves generating referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, long-term care, independent and assisted living facilities, and other community resources. Additionally, the Field Marketer will conduct market analysis and develop sales strategies, goals, and plans.
Qualifications
- Must have Home care Marketer experience
- Experience in canvassing and door-to-door marketing
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with potential customers
Duties
- Conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns to promote products or services
- Engage in telemarketing activities to reach potential customers
- Assist in fundraising initiatives to support organizational goals
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure sales
Working hours: 20 hours a week
Pay: $20 an hour
Commission: 15% for the first month, paid at the end of the second month
Bonus: $1000 for bringing in 5 clients in one month
