Are you passionate about fitness and strength? We're looking for outgoing and passionate individuals to join our brand ambassador team. As a Fitness Sales and Promotion Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Gold's Gym, engaging with the community to build excitement, drive foot traffic, and increase membership sign-ups. Your primary focus will be promoting Gold's Gym during the pre-sale phase and grand opening, ensuring potential members are informed and excited about our offerings.

Community Engagement & Brand Awareness
- Represent the gym in a positive, energetic, and professional manner at community events, high-traffic areas, and local businesses.
- Distribute promotional materials, such as flyers, guest passes, and branded merchandise.
- Actively approach and engage potential members, educating them on gym benefits and promotions.
- Collect contact information from interested individuals for follow-ups.
- Direct potential members to the gym’s website, pre-sale office, or designated sign-up locations.
- Schedule appointments for in-person gym tours or consultations with sales representatives.
Event Promotion & Execution
- Assist in organizing and executing pop-up events, fitness demos, and promotional activities.
- Partner with local businesses, schools, and organizations to create co-branded marketing opportunities.
- Attend community festivals, farmers’ markets, and other high-traffic events to promote the gym.
- Track interactions and report daily/weekly outreach numbers.
- Provide feedback on promotional strategies and community reception.
- Suggest creative ways to enhance brand presence and increase engagement.
Requirements
- Be outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with new people.
- Be passionate about fitness, health, and wellness.
- Have strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Sales, marketing, or promotions experience is a plus but not required.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Have a valid driver's license.
Compensation : Hourly rate + sales commissions
Would consider Full-time or Part-time applicants.
