We're looking for a Group Creative Director (GCD) who can champion our creative vision, lead our team of makers and storytellers, and build campaigns that spark conversation and action.

As our Group Creative Director, you will:
- Lead, inspire, and empower the creative team - fostering growth, collaboration, and a supportive environment.
- Provide hands-on direction across digital, web, experiential, social, and traditional creative.
- Guide integrated campaign development from insight to execution, balancing bold ideas with strategic clarity.
- Collaborate with strategy, account, experiential, production, and paid media teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact work.
- Build and implement departmental policies, creative processes, and playbooks to elevate output and workflow.
- Support business development and pitches with strong creative concepts and storytelling.
- Serve as a brand steward for both clients and the agency—ensuring consistency, vision, and innovation.
- Stay ahead of cultural and industry trends while bringing thought leadership to the agency.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong portfolio shows excellence across design, copywriting, digital, and integrated campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with web and digital-first creative, including UI/UX, social, and performance-based assets.
- Experience developing and operationalizing creative workflows and resource plans.
- Deep cultural fluency and passion for building inclusive, culturally relevant campaigns.
- Strong client presence, presentation skills, and the ability to sell in bold ideas.
- A spirit that aligns with our FLOW Bold culture—fearless, collaborative, purpose-driven, and relentlessly creative.
- Experience applying AI in creative environments to elevate storytelling and audience impact.
- A commitment to responsible, inclusive, and ethical use of emerging technologies.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in creative roles within an integrated marketing or advertising agency.
- 3+ years in a creative leadership role with a proven track record of mentoring high-performing teams.
