Responsibilities:

• Be the initial contact for current and prospective customers at our FASTSIGNS center
• Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery from concept to completion
• Participate in daily team meetings, execute business and marketing plans, and contribute to the success of the center
• Engage with customers via email, phone, in-person, and at their place of business
• Build long-term relationships by converting prospects into clients

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of retail or B2B sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and relationship-oriented
• Strong listening and organizational skills
• Comfortable with basic computer tasks and learning new technology/software
• Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods (4+ hours)
• Ability to work under pressure to produce high-quality, high-volume work
