Assist the Creative Director in planning, managing and delivering creative projects from concept to completion. Provide on-site and remote support during shoots, events, or other creative productions. Source and organize production materials (equipment, props, product samples) Manage the production + launch deliverables schedule for Creative Team Manage and track marketing samples from product team for shoots and UGC Creators Organize and maintain project files, creative assets, and documentation. Manage and oversee third-party content creator project deliverables Generate expense reports, tracking budgets, and other administrative duties Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts and ideas. Research trends, references, and materials to support the Creative Director's vision. Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred. ~1-2 yrs experience in a production or creative environment. ~ Experience managing Project Management Software (e.g., Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) ~ Passion for creative projects and a keen eye for detail. ~ Be a key player at a growing DTC brand Fun office at the Brooklyn Navy Yard PTO Days + Specified Holidays Off
