Create compelling email content on a weekly and monthly basis that contributes to a larger strategic messaging plan.Own and execute on ideation, content creation and delivery of marketing campaigns for Gateway that can be cross utilized in both email and direct mail campaigns.Manage customer lifecycle marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on lower funnel, acquisition strategies.Grow and optimize the email marketing program via workflows, automations, and list management.Develop new email campaigns that nurture leads, engage customers and drive orders.Manage audience lists, lead scoring, and segmentation efforts.Test new strategies, analyze performance metrics and adjust.Serve as an internal Hubspot guru marketing lead, uncovering untapped capabilities and ensuring best practices are being utilized across the team.Create and manage timelines as new promotions are launched.Always be on the lookout for new program growth opportunities.Other areas of responsibility:Develop new concepts and messaging across our various audiences in alignment with email acquisition efforts.Work with external partners to ensure seamless and timely execution.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to positively impact prospect and customer behavior.Assist in management of paid media programs including paid search, programmatic and paid social as needed including website content recommendations and best practices.Assist in conversion optimization efforts within the buyflow process.Contribute to the company’s overall digital marketing efforts when it comes to strategies, messaging, design, etc. with creative, out-of-the-box ideas.Qualifications for this position:3+ years experience in customer lifecycle and email marketing content creation and automation experience.Advanced CRM knowledge of Hubspot.Well-rounded digital marketing knowledge with solid understanding of how various channels work together.Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with other teams effectively.Strong attention to detail is a must.What's in it for you?Seeing your work make a positive difference in the lives of our served communities.Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, paid time-off, flexible environment).Locally owned, friendly, innovative company with high growth projections.Career development.Flexible, hybrid work schedule.
