The chosen candidate will already be a respected and successful professional in the pro audio industry or in other industries around the ecosystem of pro audio (music, entertainment, advertising, etc) and possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and demonstrate excellent follow through and relationship skills in this highly competitive environment. Close alignment with the rest of the Communications team is a key success factor for this role. Working cooperatively with the Product Marketing department is also very important.

Responsibilities:
The Head of Editorial Content, will:
Effectively represent the L-ACOUSTICS brand, its values and corporate cultureDevelop and maintain a strong and consistent brand voice for L-Acoustics across all communication channelsCreate compelling and persuasive copy for various marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, website content, social media posts, newsletters, and emails.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and strategiesConduct thorough research to understand the target audience for L-Acoustics, industry trends, and product features, and use this knowledge to tailor messaging and content accordinglyOversee the entire written content creation process, from brainstorming and ideation to writing, editing, and proofreadingEdit and review written content created by other team members to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelinesStay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the effectiveness and impact of our contentCollaborate with our SEO specialist to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
Skills & Education Background:Minimum of 7 years of experience in editorial record with a proven track record.Experience with pro audio industry preferred but not limited to other industries around the universe of L-AcousticsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong command of grammar and syntaxProven experience as a senior copywriter and content creator, or similar role, within a marketing or advertising agency is a plusProven previous experience in writing, commissioning, planning, and publishing, potentially earlier on in your careerStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentCandidate must be energetic, self-motivated and desire to collaborate and be a team playerOutstanding organization, follow-up, and presentation skillsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism is considered a plus.French language proficiency or fluency considered a plus
