We’re looking for a recent graduate to join us at our Chicago Loop office and play a key role in both our internal and external marketing efforts.
Position Summary As the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, you will handle multiple facets of our marketing and communication strategies. Your responsibilities will include SEO management, content coordination, social media posts for campaigns, event organization (internal and external), and office engagement activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in marketing, a keen eye for design, and the ability to craft compelling messaging.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Management Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking Collaborate with leadership to improve search engine visibility for Neolytix services Analyze and report on SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics Content Coordination Work with team members to plan, schedule, and publish blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials Maintain consistency in branding, voice, and messaging across all content channels Social Media Campaigns Create, schedule, and publish engaging social posts on LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms Monitor engagement metrics and propose ways to grow our audience and drive engagement Event Organization Coordinate logistics for local events, including vendor relations, venue details, and promotional materials Ensure all event tasks are completed on schedule for a successful execution Employee Engagement Activities Plan and execute in-office initiatives that boost morale and foster collaboration among team members Assist with internal communications and support team-building activities Miscellaneous Office Tasks Provide general administrative support to maintain an efficient office environment Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by senior management Qualifications Recent Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and analytics Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) Strong visual design sense and the ability to create simple graphics or visuals (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Excellent writing and communication skills; adept at tailoring messages for different audiences Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines A team player with a proactive mindset Preferred Skills Experience using Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), or social media scheduling tools Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot Basic knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) Prior internship or project experience in marketing is a plus Enthusiasm for planning and hosting events What We Offer Competitive entry-level salary and benefits Mentorship from experienced professionals and healthcare operations experts A collaborative environment in our downtown Chicago Loop office Professional development opportunities to sharpen your marketing and communications skills The opportunity to grow within a company dedicated to transforming healthcare practices nationwide Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000 Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Internet Publishing
