18th March, 2025 Job Summary: GW Capital is seeking a skilled in house Junior Web Developer & SEO Specialist to join our growing team. This candidate will be a motivated professional with experience in HubSpot, WordPress, and (preferably) Divi, who can manage and optimize our websites while driving online visibility. Implement and manage SEO strategies, including keyword research and on-page optimization. Collaborate with the marketing team to create landing pages and lead generation funnels. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, ensuring optimal performance and speed. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot Reports. Stay up-to-date with web development and SEO trends, implementing best practices. Qualifications / Experience: 1-3 years of experience in web development and SEO. Proficiency in WordPress (including themes, plugins, and customization). Experience with HubSpot CMS (or willingness to learn). Bonus: Experience with Divi Builder. Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
