Education
BS degree in Information Technology or another related technical discipline.
Qualifications
- Required Skills:
- 5 years minimum experience in JavaEE, JSF/Spring/Hibernate/JDBC, JavaScript
- 5 years minimum experience with Oracle and SQL Server, including writing, updating, and testing complex SQL queries and stored procedures
- 5 years minimum experience with IBM WebSphere
- Desired Skills:
- 8 years experience with J2EE, WAS, JSF/Spring/Hibernate, Java Batch, JDBC, HTML, JavaScript
- 8 years experience with JQuery, Springboot, Microservices, XML, SOAP, Azure, GIT
- 3 years experience with Maven, Nexus, Jenkins, eLDAP, CMIS, FileNet, IIB, ACE, BAR, Splunk, Dynatrace, Veracode
- 3 years experience with IBM WebSphere
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to technical staff.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop, document design, test, and maintain solutions, integrations, and data migration elements of a Java implementation.
- Utilize TFS/Azure DevOps daily, including git, boards, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Document analysis and findings.
- Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns are followed.
- Familiarity with the current technologies being used.
- Assist with implementing new cutting-edge technologies. Offer viable technical solutions for integration with existing application code.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a track record of taking solution ownership.
- Demonstrate an ability to effectively communicate with leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ability to articulate design and configuration choices and bring about consensus.
- Excellent written skills with strong meeting and work session facilitation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.
