As the Group Director of Product Marketing at Walmart Connect, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team, setting a clear vision and direction while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and executional excellence. In a fast-paced environment, you will drive team alignment, maintain morale, and empower your organization to navigate change while delivering measurable impact. Your leadership will ensure Walmart Connect remains at the forefront of digital advertising, scaling our product marketing efforts to drive technology adoption, customer engagement, and revenue growth. In collaboration with Product, Marketing, and key stakeholders, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies that successfully launch new products, amplify existing offerings, and measure adoption and success, maximizing market influence. Your strategic and operational skills will be critical in driving sustained success. What you'll do
Lead, inspire, and scale – Manage and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and excellence. Set vision & direction – Establish a strategic roadmap for product marketing aligned with business objectives. Drive GTM strategy & execution – Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and campaigns to boost product adoption and engagement. Champion product growth – Partner with Product Management to identify and advocate for new and enhanced product opportunities. Ensure commercial success – Define monetization strategies including pricing, packaging, and value positioning. Craft compelling narratives – Collaborate cross-functionally to develop messaging and assets that resonate with customers. Enable sales & customer success – Provide enablement materials to support product adoption and engagement. Optimize with data – Use analytics to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign effectiveness. Measure & optimize performance – Define success metrics and assess the impact of marketing initiatives. What We’re Looking For
15+ years in product marketing, ideally in AdTech. Proven leadership in building and scaling high-performing teams. Strong strategic and operational skills for defining positioning and executing launches. Experience in competitive, evolving markets with a focus on adoption and revenue growth. Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize insights and optimize strategies.
