Location: Hybrid onsite schedule in Culver City, CA Duration: 12 months; potential to extend Pay: Up to $50/hr (W2 and option for benefits) Planet Interactive is looking for a Growth Marketing Operations Specialist to join our well-known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract. This role will be 40 hours per week and is hybrid in Culver City. The Growth Marketing Operations team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for the Company's media products and services. The team focuses on the development and execution of in-app messaging sent to millions of users globally across multiple services. The Growth Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for driving and performing the day-to-day operational workflows of growth marketing. They will work cross-functionally with various teams including growth marketing, product, engineering, and business to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications. This position will work to develop and execute customer notifications for growth marketing acquisition and engagement initiatives. As the subject matter expert of customer journey orchestration, the ideal candidate can think strategically, implement flawlessly, and effectively collaborate in a matrix organization. Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy customer journeys, including assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities and data needs. Collaborate and communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders given the complexities of global large-scale projects, ensuring that operational plans, deliverables and risks are properly addressed and aligned. Optimize performance through A/B testing to drive incremental growth and overall program improvement. Monitor campaign performance for operational integrity, and identifying and communicating issues to internal teams. Identify key opportunities of improvement in campaign performance, operational efficiency and processes, and product tooling. Build a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks that serve as a reference and training resource. Qualifications: BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience 5-8 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget, Braze, Oracle Responsys Experience in SQL preferred. High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking. Exhibit high attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects in a timely manner Innovator who is proactive, thoughtful and resourceful with a willingness to tackle ambiguity and roadblocks. Ability to react calmly to curveballs, devise contingency plans, make judgment calls and pivot as needed under pressure in an evolving environment Great teammate mentality with strong consideration for impact on partners Effective communication skills in all mediums—from slack and email to presentations.
