Trade Marketing Managers , the ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, a demonstrated understanding of industry data such as IRI, Circana, or Nielsen data, and a Bachelor's Degree. Located on-site at the HARIBO of America corporate headquarters in Rosemont, Illinois, this role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with internal headquarters teams including Sales, Marketing, Commercialization, Sales Finance, and other internal stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Drive sales plans around the 4Ps - Product, Price, Placement, and Promotion in the retail marketplace Execute retail and marketing strategies focused on your assigned retail accounts nationwide Assist in the planning, development, and presentation of sales and brand materials at key meetings and industry-specific trade shows for various channels of trade including Grocery, Mass, Convenience, Value, Drug, and specialty retail channels Lead the development of high-quality and fact-based Selling Stories and Ready To Sell (RTS) materials Provide insight and analysis to facilitate new item distribution forecasts by retail channel, class of trade Utilize industry-specific data such as IRI, Circana, Nielsen, or other related forms of syndicated data used in the CPG industry Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Commercialization, Sales Finance, and other internal stakeholders Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or other field 1+ years of experience utilizing IRI, Circana, Nielsen, Numerator, SPINS, or other forms of syndicated data in the consumer goods industry HARIBO of America, Inc. is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer and maintains a Drug-Free Workplace.
